Why is it that my characters don't gain levels? They reach the exp needed for the next level and nothing happens, they don't gain a level nor gain any more exp.
Why is this? Do they have to go somewhere to gain a level?

Yes - they have to go to a "training hall" to gain levels. These can be implemented using the "training hall" event, strangely enough.

To the developers: Perhaps an automatic level advancement option could be implemented as an option that the designer could choose. In some campaign settings it does not seem appropriate to have to visit a training hall (for example where the game is set wholly within a temple like EOB II). I don't imagine it would be too hard to implement. Could you please add this onto your "wish list", Cocoaspud?

ah, I thought so. I tried this before but it didn't work. It wouldn't let me train but then I found out that it cost 2000 platinum. I changed this to zero and it worked. Thanks again for your help.
