When I did the melicamp quest, taking him to the high hedge wizard to be turned back from a chicken, it went fine, he was cured and i got exp. But now I'm playing a new game w/ a fighter instead of a thief, and melicamp keeps getting fried....i've tried several times, and the wizard keeps toasting the chicken, anyone know what i can change to save melicamp??

Try going outside and re-entrering the building (after Thalantyr tells you he needs a skull for the spell. That may re-set things. Otherwise it's re-try the antichickenator until it works even if reloading is a pain.
