Killed lefthander and now all my characters are poisoned. Its the end if There is no way out of this. Must I start over???

Ummm... so what "exactly" is the problem? "Where is it occurring? And "what" information are you looking for?

i think he means lothander in BG city.

First order of business: RELOAD YOUR OLDEST SAVE.
If that Save is before you screwed up, try again. If that Save is after you screwed up, then guess what--you are indeed screwed and will pretty much have to start all over. But here's the thing: You were going to start all over again anyway, because the beauty of BG is its replay value: Once you beat it with a Fighter, you're going to want to beat it with a Thief. An Elven Thief....A Female Elven Thief, with really high Charisma, who specializes in picking pockets....etc.

weird...I thought I already made a reply to this topic. Anyway, here goes again:
If you killed him after he told you where his Marek is, then you'll be fine. If you killed him before he told you where Marek is (which is what it sounds like you did), then you are in trouble. You could always try to beat the game in 10 days (game time), but it'll be tough, especially since it's your first time through the game by the sounds of it.
