Thanks for the link. I may wait till it comes to the $2.00 theater to take my five year old, though.
|
you're lucky to have a 2.00 theater, i've gotta pay the full price to see everything on the big screen.
|
Are you sure you do not have one nearby? There are a lot of them going up these days. I can even access the North Carolina website of the string of theaters that serve my area and other counties in NC.
Also, what is your full ticket price?, just to be nosy...mine is $7.50, but they are talking about raising it to $8.00 soon. Of course, matinee (12-4pm)is $5.50 for me. |
Even the full price theaters have discounted shows in the afternoons, and sometimes *deep* discounted kid shows in the mornings. And there might even be a time when the movie you just paid to see is letting out about the same time another movie is about to start...

closest i have to that is a 5.50 theater, they only have a couple showings each day and i'd have to be hopeful that chicken little would come there. I'm ultimately going to end up shelling out the standard 8.50 around here for a ticket. I think it might be a buck cheaper if I went to see a matinee

ended up seeing it yesterday. all i can say is that cartoons in 3D are awesome. I didn't even know that my theater was going to have this in 3D

Y'know, not everyone thought the first four minutes of Chicken Little were pretty cute.

Me and Sydney went to see it last Saturday. She liked I thought it was ok. Maybe 6 popcorn out of 10.
Just was a little to blah. ;) |
