Hmm, well, seen the first two episodes now. The standard really is quite impressive. Only two annoyances:

1) American's trying to voice a Scottish accent
2) The starships seem a bit too 'nimble', esp in the second episode. There's one suspicious scene where it looks like it just stops abruptly.
