Tonight, 8pm EST. "Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real" is a 90-minute special on Animal Planet. "We're imagining dragons in a way not done before, as real animals -- living, fire-breathing creatures" said Charlie Foley, the show's creator.

The show aims to use real sciense to explain how these winged creatures could have existed.

CGI effects are done by Framestore Visual Effects and Animation Studio, the same people who did CGI work in Harry Potter movies and the Discovery Channel's "Walking With Dinosaurs".

It's followed by a 1/2 hour special "Dragons: The Magic Behind the Scenes", that tells about the effects used in the show.

I can't wait...

I've seen this speculatory documentary once about there actually being dragons. Really convincing.
If this is about a guy who finds a momma and a baby dragon in the caprathian mountains, I've seen that one.
