<font color=plum>I don't watch many "reality TV" shows, but this one has caught my interest. Several guys who are hoping to get a shot to fight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) have been put into a house together and divided into two teams.

They go through the standard procedures, various tests and/or challenges each week to determine which team will be immune to having a member eliminated. One thing about these Ultimate Fighters - they ALL have HUGE egos and each one thinks HE is the baddest man to hit the planet. So there have been several sparks flying among them in the house already.

The show has now advanced to the point where fighters are facing each other in the ring now to determine who will be eliminated - and next Monday night is gonna be one helluva fight.

One of the fighters is named Chris Lebon. This guy has been a Class-A JERK from Day One and has managed to hack off almost every other member in the house at one time or another. He is always mouthing off, talking trash and just doing really crappy stuff. The first week on the show, he urinated on the bed of another fighter. It's a wonder he has lasted this long, but he is also one of the toughest guys on the show, and the coach keeps him around because he says HIS job is to put the best fighter in the ring - period.

Well, this past week, things literally EXPLODED. These guys had been in the house (and not allowed to leave) for over a month. So the head of the UFC came by and told them they were FINALLY going to get a night out on the town. They went to the Hard Rock in Las Vegas and everybody got royally plastered. Back at the house, the black fighter on the show (who has an especially intense hatred for Lebon) started mouthing off to him and said some really horrifically insulting things to him. Chris managed to keep his cool and not attack the guy, but he was so hacked off that he said he wasn't going to sleep in the same house as that [BLEEP]. So he goes out in the front yard and lays down. A couple of guys on his team come out and give him a pillow and blankets to stay warm. Then MOST of the guys go to bed (this was about 3:30am). But the black guy and another fighter are still up, still wasted and wanting to cause mischief - so they eventually decide to go out front and spray Chris with a water hose.

Needless to say, that didn't go over well at ALL. Christ started to attack them, but realized he would get kicked off the show. So instead, he punched through a glass door (ripping the flesh of one of his knuckles) and literally battered down another door inside the house.

After everything was said and done, the head of the UFC called a meeting between the coaches and had the guys involved in the incident come in and give their side of the stories. The two yuckapucks that sprayed him down kept insisting they never actually sprayed him with water - but the film showed they obviously did. After hearing both sides, the head guy and coaches watched the film for themselves to see exactly what happened.

Technically, they could have kicked ALL THREE guys off the show. In the end, the coaches decided that since the guy who actually sprayed Chris (a fighter named Josh) were on different teams and in the same weight class - they would face each other in the ring to see who gets kicked off the show.

That fight will be aired next Monday at 11:05 on Spike TV - and it's going to be BRUTAL!!! I've thought Lebon was a major JERK from the beginning of the show, but I agree that the other guys were in the wrong. So Lebon is out for blood and the other guy says he will put Christ out.

BTW, the guy who actually squirted Chris didn't stick around to see what he would do. He went running like a scared rabbit into the back yard to get away from him. The black guy kept following Chris and antagonizing him even more.

I'm expecting Chris to beat the ever-loving dog-doo out of Josh - then demand a match with the black guy (whose name I can't remember).

Either way, it is going to be a spectacular fight next Monday night.</font>

Sounds like a brilliant show, can't wait until this gets over to the UK!!!

Cool. I don't pay attention to the so-called reality shows -- usually nothing's "real", it's all scripted so they force unusual situations to happen -- but this one sounds like it's worth watching.

Kinda reminds me of watching the Toughman Championships. What ever happened to them, I don't see them on TV anymore. I remember they were in a lawsuit over a Ladies match where one woman was really outclassed & the ref didn't stop the fight, or if he did he waited too long, and she died. I never heard the final ruling. Anybody know if they're still competing?
