just beat the game. first time. i bought the game when it first came out, didnt have a computer, so i played a little on friends computer. i got part 2 when it first came out, finally had computer of my own, so i played part two to death, before i came back to part 1. man, no cheats, elf thief,
STR 19 DEX 20 CON 17 INT 11 WIS 9 CHA 19 9th level, Imoen thief 8, dualled to mage 4( mistake) Dynaheir invoker 9 Viconia Cleric 8 Ajantis paladin 7 i thikn i recruited EVERY npc, and if they died while they werent crucial, no reload... used xan for quite a while... was fun to not have invoc/evoc spells, but it wore off afer i picked up dynaheir. ajantis was crap as my tank, but he worked. if theres one word for it, its gotta be , Orgasm |
Nice. Rather eclectic party you got there!
You going thru the whole series with that character? |
only five characters? I think you could have some other "special" char.. like Tiax...
|
yeah , picked assassin for kit, so far got my guild, freed slaves and am at nalia's. i had six characters at some points, i recruited every one i could find, most of them died within the chapter i got them, that five characters is the party i had for the entire last chaoter, and the tales of the sword coast bits. wish i could have kept another tank alive, but it worked out. ajantis seemed to keep agro well enough for me to dash around the corner, and the backstabs made up for the tanking defecit with the dps.
tiax actually bit it the fastest iirc, died in the first fight i had him in... yeslick was another quick one. he never got a chance to rest, i think i got waylaid by wyverns... maybe... |
Ok, confused...I thought Kits and Nalia were BG2 only....
Unless they are brought over with that Tutu thing...(I prefer to keep it original...) |

precisely.

Ahh ok, I wasn't sure as to what this Tutu thing did, thought it could have brought some NPC's over as well as the game engine!
No worrys... |
What's a "Tutu" thing?
T |
Basically, as far as I know (which isn't much as I don't use it, it converts BG1 to run on the BG2 game engine.
So, it's like playing BG2 but with the BG1 story/NPCs/Characters/Items/Quests. If you get me. |
