While I agree it's the most offensive (and yet - or perhaps because of that - most brilliant) Southpark episode ever, the effect is a lot better if you don't spoil it.

And Ross, that's actually an older episode; good chance it's been on tv in Britain already.

It's been on DVD for about a year, try amazon.com (or amazon.uk) it's also got cripplefight, Proper Condom Use, and others (that episode is called Scott Tenerman Must Die), a fairly classic bit of Southpark.
