After the 'Scariest movie ever' and 'funniest tv show' threads, its time for something new (or more of the same, you be the judge of that).

My personal top 3:

-Taxi
-Life of Brian (brillant)
-Scary Movie and American Pie(in an 'onlyfunnybecauseeveryonehereisdrunk' kind of way')

Other good comedy's are 'The fifth Element' (not really a comedy, but funny as hell) and Shrek (Eddy Murphy is the man).

And on the other side of the coin,
the worst comedy I've ever seen is probably 'dead man on campus'. That one wasn't even remotely funny. I'm also not a big fan of Dude Where is my Car (*runs for cover*).

"Way of the Dragon" is really funny.
Arnold Schwarzeneggers one-liners are fun too.
And...
"Terror on Elm Street 3" kept me laughing for several hours.

In my opinion the funniest film ever made is The Big Lebowski. Its just one long string of funny lines.

Was the Indiana Jones series supposed to be a comedy? They were action films I would have thought. Comedy came a distant second.

Anyway my least funniest films that actually were supposed to be comedies were all the Adam Sandler films I've had the misfortune of seeing. When I went on a ski trip in high school, we had Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison and I couldn't believe how unfunny and obnoxious they were, especially because almost everyone else on the bus thought they were the funniest things they'd ever seen and had seen them multiple times and spent a lot of time doing lines from them

Funniest:
Clerks
Mallrats
Office Space
UHF (Conan the Librarian... my hero)
Tommy boy (Chris Farley was a comedy GOD!... )
Bad taste (in a "it's so bad it's hilarious" kind of way, Peter Jackson has come a long way since then... ).
Something about Mary (admit it, you laughed when you first saw it).
It's a mad mad mad mad mad world... (it's just too long long long long long movie)
Goldrush and the Dictator (Chaplin... )

Least funny:
Dude were is my car.. it's just painfully bad and unfunny...

Jay and Silent Bob strike back is my favourite m'ovie.
I love "Dude, what the f**k is the internet?"
And "Might i add, that's a fine lookin' boy you are raising"

Jim Carrey's Me, Myself & Irene is quite possibly the least amusing funnily-intended movie ever made.
