Dont know if everyone knows the story but a cal berkeley student editted the Phantom Menace as an art project and presented it to George Lucas. Lucas said that the student did a very good job on it and patted him on the shoulder for it. then Lucas's lawyers got ahold of him and since that point he has been tring o stamp out the movie as a copyright infringement. Well the black market got ahold of the tape and has been copying it left and right. Well I wanted to compare and had an oportunity to see it. Must say that the film student did a nice job on it and delt a heavy blow to teh "disneyification" of the star wars series. I was impressed. Anyone else have an opportunity to see this?
