Just speaking my mind. I believe its good for BG.Developers dont always have the money/time to expand on games,and the whole mod/addon scene these days gives players the chance to get more involved in their games and customise them more to their taste.I mean...BG1 is an *OLD* game now, and DSotSC is a VERY worthy expansion which i believe is BETTER than TotSC.....but of course its inspiration came from both(and D+D).
Just more variety,longevity,and fame for one of the biggest and best games ever.
