I've just sent an E-mail to Amazon about this book. I've had it pre-ordered since July and decided to combine it with six other books I had on order at the beginning of September. All the other books are "on hand" but Sea Of Swords is down as "Not Yet Published" which is a complete fib and it say's I've got a 3-5 week wait! Has anyone else had similar problems getting this book from Amazon?
