If you do like me and export and re-import your characters often, you'll come to realise that you can't quite seem to get more reputation that what you started with. What happens is the game forgets your reputation if you export and reimport ALL of your characters at once. To solve this, merely export and re-import half or all but one characters at a time. Then do the rest.

Oh and, if you don't like getting a reputation penalty from killing a flaming fist or a town (hehe) or some such... now's the time to export and re-import ALL of your characters at once. (Beregost was always an annoyance anyway)
