If you charm a hostile creature can you pick it's pockets?

Yes you can, I'm pretty sure I've been able to pick bandit scalps off of bandits before =D.

Yes. You can't pickpocket hostile creatures, but charming them brings them onto 'your side' for a while, making them friendly.
