After having had so many characters slaughtered in the Drow Proving Grounds I finally got a good run through there.

Put a fighter type in and using no spells but Epic Mage Armour I cleared the place, without getting killed once, in 40 minutes.

My best time by far and to use a cliche, I am over the moon.

I'd be interested to know what kind of time is possible with a spellcaster character.

Not sure, but I took 40 minutes with one of the clerics....

WOW! That IS impressive! Nice work!!! I plan on more 'proving ground' type areas in lower levels of EFU!!

I've done the 30 minute mark with a level 38 wizard 2 rogue.

Some of them can be killed by insta death spells and high level damage spells.

OK. T-D-C and robertthebard have been there before. Congratulations to both, it's a new experience for me

30 minutes for the Proving grounds and I thought I was doing well with 40!

I'll have to do some some catching up here.

Perhaps Undermountain need a Proving Grounds challenge and a plaque to list the record breakers.

Z's post frightening. I can imagine parties of level 40 characters crawling through lvl 14 and below and looking very carefully at the shadows.

I've fought Democ alone for two hours and that's aside from the rest of the Dtow champions. Can't imagine what I was thinking of at the time. Must have been a slow Sunday afternoon.

LOL Democ with his INSANE Regen rate. The only way I could get him was with a few Mords and then a few max IGMS in a timestop.

The warrior types in there are eaiser for wizard types as long as you have your damage reduction sheilds and elemental sheilds up.

Greything - I've fought Democ with my monk for the same amount of time. Neither can damage the other near enough to make a dent. I really hate that guy.

I can get through the proving grounds with my Dwarven Scimitar WM in about a half hour or less, but not without a few deaths of my own. All the battles go pretty quickly, though.

I'll have to take the stubborn/stupid award, do I get a trophy?
