UPDATE:
Well some people have gone ahead early to fight and some have pulled out. The ladder positions have changed and 3 people have moved onto round 2. Fizban the Wizard was slaughtered by Davis in 2 rounds. http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/524...ated2dz.th.jpg Unfortunately Kadan and Timur had to withdraw. Please see the updated brackets below. Because it is going to be hard to get everyone in the same place at the same time please organise a time with your opponent. Then please PM me the details and email me some screenshots. http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/8...kets4cq.th.jpg [ 07-09-2005, 04:10 AM: Message edited by: T-D-C ] |
It was a freaky duel, I never expected it to go that way. You hope for it, but never expect it. If Zebodog would pm me, we can set up a time for our bout. Same for Legolas, we have a round one bout to do. I await...:evillol:

Anah's bout has been scheduled for 4 pm gmt tomorrow. Best of luck to Amana, she'll need it!

That's the way mine looks, I have it hung on my desk, for ease of use...Still waiting to hear from Zebodog about our second round match.

I have company coming in town this weekend, meaning Marathon will not be able to fight until Sunday or Monday night. Pritchke is welcome to take a forfeit and move to round 2, or post back here for a fight time.

Well the match between me and chewbacca won't be happening until tuesday anyway.
If all the other matches are on schedule we should be able to have three on saturday. |
Amana Carpenter has advanced to round 2. It was a battle of epic proportions, but ultimately, the advantage was hers. Well fought.

I've sent some screenshots to TDC to do with as he pleases.
The rounds of melee fighting lasted forever and could easily have gone neither way. Anah's combination of steady damage, armor class and regeneration perhaps gave her the longest breath, but taking all week to find out for certain would be mildly insane. Instead, Amana chose to end the battle through divine means. The clash has revealed some weaknesses in both builds, but none big enough for the other to truely capitalize on. A challenging fight indeed, and despite not winning a single round, Anah can walk away with most of her dignity intact. |
