My theif PC has just pulled of the heist of the century. She nicked Drizzt's sword!
|
Wow, haven't heard that one, before!
Funnier still, he didnt miss it, though it was in his hand! |
Lemme guess, then Drizzt, noticing that you just nicked his sword, slashed you in two with his other one, or picked out his daggers and cut you into tiny chunks? :D

Next time take his pants too!

Nice job, DirtyMeg!
If you search the old posts, this neat little trick has been done before. If I remember correctly, it's possible because BG1 does not implement two-handed fighting style, so although Drizzt "dual-wields" his scimitars, one of them is actually carried in his inventory so it's pick-pocket-able. Still, it's a very nice heist! I imagine that you would need to have a great pick-pocket score. For the benefit of others who would try such a dastardly deed, how many points did you have in pickpocketing, and did you drink potions? [ 09-30-2004, 10:15 AM: Message edited by: Neomi ] |
Only 50ish points. No potions.
|
what? Are you sure about that? 50points. Everyone else who does it uses potions to get well over 100.
|
Can be done at that number, I did around 45 no potions, but you must have a great die roll as the percentage chance is very slim.
|
i've done at 25, so, yeah, its possible. ;)

I stole both Elminster and his hat.
