I have logged in a few times to find at most two people. As I absolutely hate soloing (What is the point on a PW? May as well just play SP), I'd be interested to know when the server is the most populated.

Depends, usually packed around 6pm - 10pm EST -5 GMT and on weekends it's always very busy!
