1. Nope, as Undermoutain is never done. [img]smile.gif[/img] But many have been down to Level 13, and many non EfU levels -- 36 or so in total.

2. When you come in, you talk to Durnan, he will train you up to level 7, and give you 100,000 Gold to start out. This is a good start, and will help you a lot.
