I don't want to sound ungrateful, but what's with the bucketloads of gold in the inn?

I ran through over a quarter of a million gold I picked up, and still have about that much on me at the moment. I figured it was for buying new equipment, but man, it's insane how much is there. Kind of fun opening a closet and seeing 200,000 gold on the shelf, or dead mithral golems clutching 50,000 in each hand.

Heheh, yeah, It was way too much. Funny you mention this now, because just 2 hours ago, I removed 94% of that gold and other treasures from the Tavern--in the Kitchen, that is the area you are talking about, right?

Anyway, in this next update, you'll not see that there.

I still enjoy 'the plate' that has a nice suit of armor on it. that always replenishes my gold supply when i run out. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Big ass plate huh? [img]smile.gif[/img] Must be a huge serving platter!! :D I'll remove that too--or lessen the loot totals in it.. a plate can handle only so much ya know? :D

Too bad Durnan doesn't take credit...I thought my NoobieCard was valid at all local pawn shops.

Unfortunately though, on the second trip into undermountain to level 12, I brought a newly trained character with some high items of my own and promptly got my rear handed to me by some lag. I figure I'll stay poor and low level and work my way up the hard way.

Well, I think it was a Plate of holding.... it had 50,000 gold and the suit of armor. [img]smile.gif[/img]

It was always there so I dont know how many people discovered it.. I hit it quite by accident.

Yeah, I remember making it for my test character way back when I was working on level 10. :D It's been removed now though.
