Hi guys I like to create a wizard but I noticed that wizards uh are not really good at relationships diplomacy etc I dont want to miss cool dialogue options should I play with a paladin or bard?

There's no reason why a wizard couldn't be good at diplomacy. The high int scores that wizards require means you are going to be getting a lot of skill points, so put them into bluff and diplomacy. Then you don't even need that high of a charisma.

your still limited to 1/2 the skill level for cross class skills though.
Maybe play a bard instead since you get wizard spells as well as the diplomacy skills?
