I have been debating with myself. My Pally will be leveling up again, soon. Should I take further levels in Paladin, or continue to add ranks in Divine Champion. You get further spells as a Paladin, but bonus feats as a Divine Champion. Opinions?

Depends on how you set up your stats. If you set the pally up to be able to cast 4th level spells (i.e. wis 14+) then switching over to DC is probably not a good idea. Those points would have been better put in almost any other stat, and they'll be wasted in wisdom. If you weren't planning on having the paladin cast 3rd or 4th level spells anyway, then switching isn't a bad idea. Just remember that the DC's smite infidel and the pally's smite evil do not stack.

I did a paladin/fighter/DC build in NWN1 and he totally kicked butt - but NWN2 has changed a lot of things. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm going to do a number of separate paladin builds:

One is a straight paladin to 20th level.

Second is a paladin to level 10 then switch to DC. (I might try a Pally / DC / Fighter build depending on how they nerfed the DC PrC)

Third is a paladin 19 / cleric 1. You swap out a 4th level paladin spell for two 1st Cleric spells PLUS 2 bonus spells BUT you can get two extra feats from the cleric if you choose the right domains.

I have a WIS of 14, so should be able to get 4th level spells. I did take a Level of Divine Champion, so to wear the DC armour, then I get the Eridikau's Armour off the female Githyanki Lich, and it's better. What a life.

LOL Ain't life a B$tch? I set my wisdom at 16 for my pally, but only beacuse I decided that I could give up a point of AC from Dex since I knew I was going for full plate anyway. Decided that I would rather have the extra spell slot than the +1 AC. [img]smile.gif[/img]

There is ONE other build that you might consider. And that is adding a single level of Monk! And that is ONLY because the Monk AC bonus from Wisdom is screwed up and it adds to the pally's normal AC WHILE he is wearing ARMOR! A future patch is supposed to eliminate that but for now it's a truly munchkin exploit! LOL
