I'm trying to free up some space so I can install NWN2 and I noticed by current install of NWN1 is taking up 8.9GB. Of that, my hakpak folder is 3.45GB. Problem is, I don't know which haks I'm still using for the mods I'm/was playing. Any of you have any tips on how to manage your haks (aside from manually going into every module and checking what haks it's using)?

Have you removed them from whatever download locations? I generally copy the hak files to the appropriate folders, and then save the compressed files to a cd.

Sorry, not sure what you mean. I have all my haks in my Hakpak folder. I don't have any subfolders there, if that's what you mean?

Since the last cash (reinstalled everything from scratch) I've adopted a new housecleaning method: I keep all downloads in a dvd in separate folders for each module) and I remove any no londer needed files (when I'm sure I won't play the module anymore.)

I download all my haks to the My Received files folder, and extract them to the game from there. Then I burn the compressed files to a cd, so that I don't have multiple copies of the same thing floating around on my HD.
