...And the newest drivers, Neverwinter Nights likes to crash to desktop before you can, y'know, powerlevel the paladin you were playing with before you updated to the latest drivers. :(

No fix right now, as far as ATI claims...I can't seem to locate Catalyst 5.10 either...right now, the newest is Catalyst 6.1 (Catalyst is their driver suite, for those of you interested).

I thought that the latest ATI drivers were 5.14's...

Just had a quick look and the 5.12's are available on the 'previous drivers page' here:

It might be worth you taking a look at those.

Cat 6.2 are now available. Not sure if that will fix the problem for you?

I'm running them fine on my X850XT. The crashes I have experienced in the past on my ATI chipsets were down to the "Enable Shiny Water" option. Try switching that off and see what that does for you.
