Hello all-

Looking for a link to an epic leveler module. I have one for up to level 20. I've found a couple but when I try to open them, it says cannot recognize file type, blah blah blah. Any help?

Also, looking to make a creative tank mix and would love your input. Have looked on the Epic character builds page but would like to hear from some of you. Thanks a lot.

The Smart Ogre Level Up is the one that springs to mind. Well-made and does exactly what it says on the tin.

Hmm I have one that I'm really happy with. Can't remember the name of it. When i get home I will let you know.

There are a few which are easy to find on the NeverWinter Vault. I cannot instantly recall the names of the two that I currently possess which go beyond level 20, but I am sure the names will come to me quickly enough...

>>Novice To Epic Character Builder
>>The Halls Of Advanced Training (the one with all the expansions)

Thats the one that I have. novice to Epic Character Builder. Works well and also let you test your builds against creatures you can summon. There is also a CEP version of it out there as well.

I prefer to use the console commands, possibly slam down a few items or creatures in an empty module, and go with that.

Do I need something special with which to open this thing up? I tried the Novice to Epic one AND the SmartOgre one and both came up with the screen looking for how to open the file? Help?

Are you opening them by double-clicking the modules, or by starting up the game, and opening the modules from there? (Single player or Multiplayer -> Start new module -> other)
To make the latter work, you'll need to put the files in your /nwn/modules folder first.

Hey,

I'm the creator of the novice to epic character maker. It is out of date and, AFAIK, doesnt work with the current version of NWN or the CEP with that version.

If I can ever get HOTU to install on my PC again ( I've tried 3 different copies- no luck.. I suspect SecureRom) I plan on updating it entirely.

On a related note, if anyone wants to do an update themselves- feel free. I give my wholehearted approval and permission.

I am continually very sad that NWN has been out of my life for so long. It would make me very happy if that darn thing were updated. I put alot of work into it.

OK, bear with the stupid one here. . . ;)

Where is the nwn/folder? All I have is a neverwinter nights app (to play), a HOTU readme, and a uninstall? This is killing me and it can't be that hard?
