I know this is a silly question... but I'm stuck... so please forgive me for this... but.. which ones are Drogan's quarters?, is it his lab?, or is somewhere else?, because I can't get into the lab with Risii (or whatever his name) just keep saying no mor kobolds... Please let me make clear that I already talked to him and solved some of his riddles and he gave me some items, but now I can't find Drogan's room... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

His room is on the top level IIRC.

Yep, at the end of the hall, where you first come out of your room, if you turn left, that's his quarters.
