I now learn that there is a hidden graveyard that you can go to. Does anyone know its general location. I understand there is a mad hermit to talk to.

I found it, all by myself. It is in the Empty Battlefield area, in the southwest quadrant. Two nice Easter eggs, a helmet and a cloak to be found, but no mad hermit. *grumble*
