I'm practically done with chapter two (I think). I've done all the outside quests and have more than enough evidence to enter Luskan. I've done all quests except this aggravating werewolf quest. I've found two boys, one on the east road and another in the house. However my problem is finding the last one, Burn or something like that. They say looking around the Charwood Area at night, I have and I still come up empty. Can someone tell me where he is?

To the north-east of the map called south road (the one to which you come directly from port Llast) is a cave entrance. He will be inside it at the very end day or night
