Im doing SoU and HotU with a dwarf and so im doing a Defender, of course!

However I will focus in battle axe and so I want to be really good with it! Therefore im taking 7 levels of Weapon Master somewhere along the way.

The question is, when should I level in which class? going to start out as a fighter for about 4 or 5 levels and then go weapon master until level 11-12. Then its all dwarven defender from there! Is this possible and good?

Give me tips plz! If there are better places when to do a fighter level, please say which ones...I want maximum feats possible, because this character build requires so many feats!

In order to switch to weapon master you need a BAB of 5 or better. You also need the following feats: dodge, mobility, expertise, spring attack, whirlwind and Weapon Focus in a specific weapon. Spring attack can't be taken until you have a BAB of +4, and whirlwind can't be taken until you have spring attack. You also need four ranks in Intimidate which is a cross class skill, but that should be doable. You will probably want to add weapon specialization for an additional +2 to damage (that requires BAB +4 as well). The requirement of six feats minimum with three at BAB+4 means six levels as a fighter is the minimum.

Here's the breakdown:
Fighter start up - dodge/mobility
level 2 - weapon focus - battle axe
level 3 - expertise
level 4 - spring attack
level 6 - whirlwind / weapon specialization

Now you can switch to weapon master at level 7 and then add these feats:
level 9 - improved critical - battle axe
level 12 - toughness

Take 7 levels of weapon master and switch to dwarven defender at level 14. 7 levels of WM give you 7 uses of Ki per day, and the only thing you lose is an additional +1 to hit at WM lvl 10.

Dwarven defender will require a BAB of +7, the additional feat toughness (you alredy have dodge) and any lawful alignment. You've already satisfied those requirements, so now start advancing as a dwarven defender:

level 15 and 18 - your choice but power attack and cleave are really good -

As an alternative, you might want to take 8 levels of fighter up-front, then switch to weapon master at level 9, and to dwarven defender at level 16. Take power attack as a fighter at level 8 and then add cleave at level 15 and greater cleave at level 18. That gives you a better range of feats and greater cleave is awesome and saves an epic level feat for something better. You can add Improved Whirlwind at level 21 if you want.

Have fun.

Also, make sure you have an Intelligence and Dexterity score of at least 13, you'll need it to be able to pick the feats required to become a Weapon Master.
