I have both Neverwinter Nights and Shadows of Undrentide, and plan to start playing them soon. Should I buy Hordes now or can I install it later, the same way you could install BGII Throne of Bhaal later?

Installing it now has its advantages, you will be able to access some new spells, new PrCs and get slightly better graphics, so you may want to get it now, but there shouldn't be any problems if you get it later.
