Head back down to the vault where you first got the Sleeping Man's ring. Look at your map. Notice that little island sitting off to the right? Try using the Grappling Hand and getting over to that little island. Check out the chest and find THIS little goodie inside:

Hmm. Could you use the pixie form to get that cloak back when 100% cold resist would be useful? Or wont the amulet work that early?
