Anyone know someplace to download this in a non-archive compression format?
The ones on the persons website are in .rar
when i try to decompress them using winace they get errors and cannot be extracted (portraits, music, and the hackpack) the actual module file seemed to extract fine though.

Most mods are packaged in .rar format. Try downloading it again and see if the new one works. You could also try with another program such as WinRAR. There should be a trial version available on their website.
