If i get the heavy armor feat. Will that kill my 2-handed weapons?? Anyone know?

I believe the dual-wielding bonus is negated, yes.

Two weapon fighting, improved two weapon fighting and ambidexterity work with any kind of armor. The ranger's Dual Wield feat grants just those three, but only while in light armor or unarmored. With medium or heavy armor, the Dual Wield feat won't grant you bonusses, but you can still select and use the other three feats as normal.

I think you can still use two wepons? Just not as well? It never stopped me.

You can use them, but you incurr the penalties as though you didnt have any dual or ambidexterity feats as well. Which is, -6 primary, -10 in the offhand. There may be situations where this is worth it, specificaly when the target has very low AC and can be hit reliably even with that penalty. But in the main, if you can hit something that easily its probably not worth putting on extra armour in the first place.
