I'm getting SoU and HotU pretty soon (have ordered'em), and I want to have some ultimate finesse dual-kukri-wielding ass-whooping hobbit. I want the weaponmaster class, and I probably need some fighter-levels for all the feats I need... I'm not sure if I'm gonna have a third class.

I'm not all sure 'bout the new rules now that the cap is at lvl 40; do you get exp penality from prestige classes, and from classes that are lvl 20? Can you get epic bonus feats when your character lvl is 21+ or when your class lvl is 21+ (or 11+ for prestige classes)?

Right now I'm considering (to eventually end up with a) barbarian/fighter/weaponmaster 20/10/10 or fighter/weaponmaster 30/10. Suggestions on classes, as well as attributes/feats/skills/whatnot, be appreciated.

You get no XP penalty for prestige classes. You get the epic feats when your character level is 21 or more. So lvl 10/11 characters can take them
