I'm standing in front of one of those sundials in the Creator ruins, and i have the chrystal in my possession. But how exactly do i use it ? When i click on the sundial nothing happens, and i can't put the chrystal in it either, so what am i missing here ?

Try right-clicking on the Time Crystal and selecting the Unique Power. Then target the sundial.
