I can not open that door. I checked this other thread and it says I need the key from Londa. So I had it. I have "Vault key" she gave me but still I can't unlock the door. Do I need something else? Or is this some weird bug?

I think I know what door you are talking about. Its the gate one level down from Barans sever level. You need to go back the way you came to the surface. Then go into the slums. You will find a sewer entrance between the host tower and the baran sewer entrance. You will find it opens when you have the key. Oh, and happy gouling.
