Do you know how to Create Custom Items with the Toolset? So far, I've made somewhere around 12 items.

I'd pick the yes option, only I don't agree with the reason mentioned in the poll. Yes you can make better weapons. You can also make more appropriate weapons, and I have to say that's what I like better.
I'm not sure yet if I do or do not like the fact game balance is enforced by disallowing you to lower prices, level requirements, weight and so on.

I can but don't see a reason to make a UBER weapon.
