I found an Elven Court Bow earlier in chapter 2...and now I found a Long Bow +3...the only difference other than the attack modifiers is that the elven court bow has "Mighty +3"...which brings up another quesion: What does that mean? But anyway, which one should I keep?

Mighty mean that it allows strength bonus damage up to the + value to be added to the damage you deal. If you have +1 from strength you add +1 to damage.
If you have +4 and the bow is +3, you will only get +3. So if your character has strength bonus, keep the elven court bow. |
Actually I saw a mighy bow for sale.
It was a +1 composite long bow, with a +2 might attribute, which, the description explained, means you can add up to 2pts of damage from your strength (assuming you have 14 or more strength) |
