I am only in chapter 2 so not a position to say!
but here is what i have found so far!

Belt: Belt of Frost Giant Strength
Cloak: Many Starred Cloak
Helm: Thyvannian Helm/Watcher's Helm
Bracers: Bracers of Dexterity+3/Gauntlets of Ogre Power
Staff: ?
Rapier: Namarra+2
Longsword: Gladiator +2
Greatsword: Chaos Dagger+2
Longbow: Elven Court+2
Shortbow: Eagle Bow+2
Boots: Boots of speed/Dragon slippers
Ring1: Ring of Power, ring of insight+2
Ring2: Lanteese ring, ring of rogue
Amulet: Pendent of elf+3

anything else?

Greataxe +3
ring of resistance + 5
red dragon armour

upgraded fey duster or namara and
pixie lance ( dagger +5 )
ring of power
and one of the upgraded henchman rings.
and a +3 mighty composit long bow.

I think this is def my ideal set up !!!!

and you can't forget those Boots of Speed. Very Helpful. :D
