Okay somebody must of mentioned this before but I've been away for ahwile. I finaly get to the end of chapter 2 but it wont let me finish the freaking chapter! I found out by patching my game I screwed myself and have to start a new game from chapter 2. This is a major pain, however the thing that botheres me is that I cant seem to be able to finish the dialogue tree with the henchman so I can go on thier quests. I'm thinking because I already have the upgraded items the game wont let me do thier quests again. I'm fine with this, what worries me is, that logicaly the henchmen will be in chaper three and on, can I still complete whatever they need there and find out the rest of there stories. If not I am considering starting a new character and sarting all over again after putting this game awhile in frustration and playing Icewind Dale 2.

If you have the henchman items from chapter 2 in your inventory, you will be able to do the quests in chapter 3. As far as I know, there are no variables or other data passed from chapter to chapter, only character information.
