i de-stoned the guy who is the owner of the balduran stuff...but i cant get him to say where his cloak is...i think he has in the past

Vail does not say anything to you, but if you're nice to him, he will give you a note. The note contains cryptic hints that can lead you to what you seek.

oh, it worked out...i hadnt talked to the mage but i did and there were more dialouge options...thanx anyway Six!
