Anyone else expirienced this?

I pressed 'g' to quicksave, and the game crashed - and the quicksave (the old/new) was deleted :mad:

EDIT: I have patch 1.23

try looking under your bed ;)
no i aint experienced it look in different folders i had one turn up in my documents once.....

I know that was a problem earlier, perhaps 1.23 didn't fix it.
