I've been playing with patch 1.23 and I've noticed a few neat changes, none of them listed in the patch updates.
Monsters seem to be affected by traps when they run over them. Previously, enemies could charge over traps that would hurt me and not be damaged. Certain enemies have started using throwing weapons, like darts and throwing axes. I killed a number of escaped prisoners that attacked me with darts (I think), and the bugbear chief in chapter 2 attacked with throwing axes. That didn't make much sense, since he did more damage in melee, but I think it's a neat idea. My henchmen are levelling automatically after I level. I only have to ask them to level up if I switch henchmen. Tomi's pathfinding to locks and traps is improved. Not perfect yet, but I think it's pretty good overall. Has anyone noticed other changes in the latest patches? |
It's added a bit more functionality to the toolset. [img]smile.gif[/img]
