I killed him with my Ranger at level 13 so you should be fine [img]smile.gif[/img]

LOL rest between his feet before talking to him and MAKE SURE YOU KILL THE BLUE DRAGON IN THE OTHER CAVE BEFORE GOING INTO HIS CAVE!! and put its essence in the dragon orb.

if you do that and then give it to him *poof* he is instantly badly wounded and he doesn't drop half the spells on you like he did before [img]smile.gif[/img]

If u still can't kill him make sure u have a greater swordsmans belt, a ring of elemental resistance and something that protects against fear.

dragon slippers'll cover the fear ...oh and if u just happen to have a nice little bastard sword I found called 'The Dragon Slayer' then it makes it really rather easy.

cool, wheres the blue dragon and wheres this dragon orb? i havent found anything?!? i found a green dragon a (dead) copper and a mad ol' grey/silver dragon? thanks for your info !

Scratches head - don't know how you missed this dude - just about everyone in that level of the complex drops a note (practically throwing them at you as they die) that says "Don't ever feed Klauth an orb with the essence of a dead dragon". There are 2 cave sets that you have to walk past to get to Klauth's Lair - it would be a good guess that one of those has a dragon orb essence kit, and an entrapped dragon. Now if you kill that dragon............

if you kill that dragon you get that much coveted title 'Dragons Bane' added to your name :D

Unless you don't pay attention to any document dropped in the game, and not check every room, you maybe could miss the blue dragon, although it's kinda hard to do. Dragons aint flies. There's 2 special areas before Klauth areas, and if you checked them both, then there's simply no way you could have missed the Blue Dragon. In that same room you can find the dragon sphere. Which leads to obvious conclusion - if you did read the notes, obviously - as to what your next step should be.

The resulting item makes the fight easier, when you offer it to Klauth. He'll be pretty beaten up from that right away, and the fight is much easier.

argh i gave him the wrong one and now ive got to reload since like i dunno the land that time forgot argh!!!
