There are two ways...you can attack the guard and take his key from him...or you can talk to the old lady that owns a house nearby that is locked...she will let you in after you hear her tale and then practically threaten her to help you. You just gotta be stern, either way. Both routes get you in.

That should be enough info to get you inside.</font>

Hell, i think you may even be able to bribe him, for he is not a 'true gaurd', just a butler made into a gaurd...
