Where is the cloak the dwarf in jovial juggler is talkin about?
What does it do?

<font face="Verdana" size="3" color="#00FF00">I think this cloak can be found in the first map of Cloakwood forest on a Tasloi, SE corner of the map.

I think it is Cloak of Non-Detection - Nondetectable by magical means. Good for thieves, rangers, and mages when they are invisible.</font>

You find it on a group of Tasloi. Can't miss 'em unless your the type who doesn't explore the entire map.

he doesnt take it any way so u get to keep it! Although i wouldnt give him it anyway

The cloak can be quite useful, especially if enemies are invisible and you have a party member who is invisible (wearing the cloak) so you can dispel their invisibility, but still have yours.

I don't think there's anything special about the tasloi who stole it. If you stick to the southern boundary of the map, you'll run into them soon enough.
