Well, Daelan Red Tiger told me his Chap. 2 quest. I have been through this game before, but the first time I didn't do any henchman quests. Where do I find his axe?

It is wielded by a dwarf in the cellar of the Green Griffon Inn (Mutamin's challange)

You will find it in The Riddle Room challenge (3rd)..The Antechamber.
Stay away from the middle of the room and Good luck!
