Ok What "ranger stuff" do I lose by wearing heavy armour / platemail?

Because I really haven't noticed any difference. Other than the old "Donning of the current armour has disabled your Ranger's abilities" message everything I start playing [img]smile.gif[/img]

I can still cast my 1 spell and summon my companion..so is it stealth and traps or something else that is affected?

Oh and what happens to be the best light armour in the game? the "Old Oak" armour that the Druid in Port Llast sells is lame :-/

Well i think platemale only dissables your stealth ability but im not sure about the other ones. The best leather armour i can find IS the lame Oak Armour so i have just been using the Horus-Re armour instead, it doesnt really make a difference.

You lose your free two-weapon fighting/ambidexterity bonuses.

big deal about dual-wield!!! i use bows as a ranger, and when i need to go to melee, i switch to a tried and true SPEAR!!! heh.
