Is it possible to edit your character on toolset?

I wish there was, so that I could correct some mistakes I made. I am eagerly looking forward to hearing if this is possible.

You can edit your character using the console commands (activated by pressing '~'). You should be able to find all the commands on the web, or look for older posts on this board.

Yes, but AndyG, isnt using the console considered cheating?
